Dog Pack USA is a print-on-demand apparel brand selling original dog-breed artwork on t-shirts and other merchandise through the Etsy marketplace. We use internal software tools to manage our own Etsy shop listings, product images, and order data.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information, limited to what is necessary to operate our business:

• Website visitors: We may collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used only for security and analytics purposes and is not sold or shared with third parties.
• Customers via Etsy: All customer purchases are processed through Etsy. We receive only the order information Etsy provides to sellers (name, shipping address, order details) for the purpose of fulfilling orders. We do not store payment information.
• Contact inquiries: If you contact us by email, we retain your email address and message solely to respond to your inquiry.

3. How We Use Etsy's API

Dog Pack USA uses the Etsy API exclusively to manage our own Etsy shop. Specifically, our use is limited to:

• Creating and publishing our own product listings
• Uploading product images and videos to our own listings
• Updating listing details (titles, descriptions, tags, pricing) in our own shop
• Reading our own shop's order data for fulfillment and business tracking

We do not use the Etsy API to access, collect, analyze, or store data from any other seller's shop. We do not perform competitive analysis, price scraping, or any aggregation of third-party Etsy data.

4. Third-Party Services

We work with the following third-party services to operate our business:

• Etsy (etsy.com): Our primary sales platform. Customer transactions and shop management are governed by Etsy's Privacy Policy.
• Printify (printify.com): Our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Order data is shared with Printify solely for manufacturing and shipping purposes. See Printify's Privacy Policy.
• Google APIs: We use Google's Imagen API for internal design generation. No customer data is transmitted to Google.

5. Cookies

Our website may use basic cookies for session management and analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You may disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to view our website.

6. Data Retention

We retain customer order information for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting laws (typically 7 years). Contact inquiry emails are retained for up to 2 years. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.
